Payment: 30% deposit at booking (by credit card ), the remaining on arrival .
Check in: from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. - check out: within 10 a.m.

Laundry Euro 5 each wash (dry Euro 5).
Extra change of sheets/towels (on request Euro 2).
Euro 100 caution money that will be given back when checking out if no damages or breakage are found
The price includes everything except the heating that is charged separately
washing machine and dryer at guests disposal (Euro 5 for each wash and dry) - extra change of towels and sheets (Euro 2 on request)
Penalties in case of cancellation:
 - up to max 90 days before the start of the booked period 30% of the total amount ;
 - up to max 30 days  - 60% ;
 - up to max 8 days  - 90% ;
 - within 7 days  - 100% .
In case the apartment is rented again for the same period no penalty will be charged.
